Our alcohol-free wines start their development using 100% of the selected grape varietal that has been fermented to their optimum ABV and all the characteristics of a standard full alcohol wine.
Then using a state-of-the-art process we gently extract the alcohol whilst maintaining the integrity of the wine. Creating quality brands offering a clear edge by achieving not only an alcohol-free but also wines that are internationally certified low in calories and sugar-free.

Alcohol-Free Wine Health Benefits
Anglia Ruskin University analysed data from nearly 450,000 people around the impacts of alcohol consumption on their health. Findings suggests the benefits are thanks to the antioxidants (polyphenols) in the wine can improve the function of the inner lining of the heart. Plus, increased levels of protective cholesterol with a link between drinking wine and lower heart disease risk. Lead researcher Dr Rudolph Schutte said, there is an ‘undeniable protective beneficial relationship’ seen for alcohol-free wine.
Embracing Technology
Andy and his team spent eighteen months working in a controlled environment developing many trial liquids utilising technology and expertise. Until finally signing off their selected wine range in January 2022.
This development process starts by using 100% fully fermented wine at its optimum alcohol content at about 12.5% abv. The selected wine is then carefully passed through a state-of-the-art alcohol extraction process that gently removes any volatile chemicals whilst minimising any negative effect on the integrity of the wine. It also captures all the aroma compounds that would otherwise be lost
The final stage is for our master blender along with our founder Andy Bailey to reengineer the wine by carefully introducing back some of the natural compounds to create some of the finest alcohol-free wines that “Simply Deliver More” than just being free of alcohol.
